SMS Messaging Terms

1. Program description. RC Lending Advisors sends text messages to people who submit an inquiry through our website at ashleythecommunitylender.com or apply for a mortgage loan with us, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS messages. Opt-in is collected through web forms with separate, unchecked checkboxes for non-marketing and marketing messages. Non-marketing messages include responses to your inquiry, loan application and loan status updates, appointment scheduling and reminders, and customer care. Marketing messages, such as special offers and service updates, are sent only if you separately consent to them.

2. Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you, or to (510) 314-9000. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. Support. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at ashley@rclending.co or (510) 314-9000.

4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message frequency & rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and where your loan is in the process. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported carriers. Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

7. Age requirement. You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in conduct that is inappropriate or unlawful.

Governing Law
